What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the purchase ledger runs efficiently, including:
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and on time
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
- Managing supplier payments and maintaining strong relationships
- Investigating invoice discrepancies
- Supporting audits and wider finance activities
- Contributing ideas to improve finance processes and systems
Could This Be You?
You’ll already have experience in Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable or a similar finance role and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
You’ll also have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- A proactive, positive approach
- Great communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
