Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our Sedgemoor care home in Weston-super-Mare. You will provide person‑centred care to residents including bathing, dressing and oral care, administer medication safely, conduct care reviews, lead social activities and support leadership duties when senior managers are unavailable.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person‑centred personal care and promote residents’ independence.
- Carry out regular care reviews and update care plans.
- Safely administer medication.
- Lead and participate in social trips and activities.
- Support new staff and potentially lead the team in the absence of senior managers.

Qualifications & Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 – Health and Social Care, or working towards it.
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
- Flexible to work 48 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
