Retail Security Specialist – SIA Licensed & Customer-Focused

OCS is looking for a Retail Security Officer to be based at Lanark Morrisons in Scotland, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a visible security presence, deter theft, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring the safety of the staff and customers.

Qualified candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK, hold a valid SIA Licence, and demonstrate strong observational skills and the ability to handle incidents calmly. OCS is committed to an inclusive workplace.
