Position Overview

The firm is looking to recruit a Legal Executive (Expansion) for its Bengaluru office. This role is designed for legal professionals with a focused interest in corporate and real estate laws, specifically supporting the company’s expansion-related legal mandates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Education: LL.B. qualification is mandatory.
• Specialization: Proven experience in Real Estate Laws and a basic understanding of Corporate and Commercial laws.
• Skills: Strong drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professionalism: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating effectively between internal teams and external counsel.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and vetting various contracts and legal agreements.
• Compliance: Supporting legal compliance and ensuring all expansion activities meet regulatory requirements.
• Research: Conducting legal research and preparing concise summaries on relevant statutes and case laws.
• Coordination: Acting as a bridge between internal stakeholders and external counsel for legal matters.
• Dispute & Documentation: Assisting in dispute management and maintaining comprehensive legal documentation and records.
