Key Responsibilities:

- nProvide therapeutic interventions and activities to improve patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.n
- nCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.n
- nMonitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.n
- nEducate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies for ongoing support.n
- nMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with NHS standards.n
- nParticipate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing professional development activities.n

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- nRelevant degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy.n
- nRegistration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).n
- nCompletion of NHS mandatory training.n
- nProven experience working as an Occupational Therapist within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting.n
