You will be supporting people in their day-to-day activities. This can include providing opportunities for people by enabling them to connect within their communities, putting choice, independence, enablement, and citizenship at the heart of everything we do.

You don’t have to have experience or qualifications for this role – we will support you with all the training you need, including the Care Certificate and RQF award. You just need the right values and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with personal care, including bathroom support, mobility aids, and dietary needs.
• Using moving and handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Enabling clients to connect within their communities and promoting choice, independence, enablement and citizenship.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or qualifications required.
• Physically capable of performing moving and handling tasks safely.
• Strong values for independence, choice and inclusion.
