About the Role
Working on our busy concourse kiosks, you’ll help serve over 45,000 fans on matchdays and events, providing fast, friendly service in a high‑energy environment.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on service setting.
In This Role, You Will
- Serve a range of food and drinks from concourse kiosks, including hot drinks, alcoholic beverages, pies, burgers, and snacks.
- Work behind busy counters and bar‑style service areas during peak periods.
- Take orders quickly and accurately while delivering great customer service.
- Maintain a fast, efficient service during high‑volume matchday demand.
- Keep your area clean, organised, and well‑stocked throughout your shift.
- Support your team to ensure smooth and coordinated service.
Average shift length: approximately 6 hours. Please be aware that this role involves handling and serving alcoholic beverages, as well as various food products, including pork.
Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly, approachable, and enjoy working with the public.
- Confident in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Comfortable handling food and drinks, including alcohol service.
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and take on a variety of tasks.
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
