Remedy Social Work is seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join Lincolnshire county council’s Family Safeguarding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for statutory social work across Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care. Key responsibilities include leading safeguarding processes and delivering effective multi-agency collaboration.
The role allows for hybrid working flexibility during non-duty weeks, with an expectation to be on site five days during the duty week. Ideal candidates should have the experience needed to make confident decisions and contribute to improving outcomes for children and families.
