Candidate Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a high-quality conveyancing service, dealing with sales, purchases, and remortgages
• Lead and supervise junior conveyancers and legal staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering clear and accessible legal guidance
• Achieve and exceed fee income targets by generating work, billing promptly, and recording all time accurately
• Stay up to date with legal developments and regulatory changes affecting residential conveyancing

Candidate Skills & Experience

• Over 8 years PQE in residential conveyancing, with a focus on high net worth clients
• Sound legal knowledge with a high level of technical competence
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently
• Excellent communication skills, confident in client and team interactions
• Strong business development mindset and relationship-building skills
