Job Description:

  • Own how the market understands, talks about, and buys our AI‑native Procurement Platform.
  • Responsible for the full PMM stack – from positioning, messaging, and product launches to sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and category‑defining campaigns.
  • Translate internal narrative into outcome‑led messaging that resonates with CPOs and positions Mercanis as the voice of AI‑native procurement in Europe.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Own the external narrative anchored on the Marketing House, cutting through a noisy AI procurement category for CPOs and C‑level buyers.
  • Product Launches: Drive GTM for new agents, modules, and platform capabilities end‑to‑end – narrative, packaging, enablement, launch, impact.
  • Sales Enablement: Build decks, battlecards, demo scripts, and one‑pagers that help Sales win larger deals faster.
  • Customer Proof: Turn results from BASF, GOLDBECK, AMER SPORTS, and others into case studies and ROI stories that move pipeline.
  • Pricing & Packaging: Shape pricing and packaging with GTM leadership for conversion and expansion.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Map where we win and lose against legacy suites and new AI entrants – and sharpen our edge.
  • Thought Leadership: With Marketing, Product, and the Founders, make Mercanis the voice of AI‑native procurement.

Qualifications

You have a strong commercial instinct – enterprise buyers, multi‑stakeholder deals, deal economics.

You have a proven track record in positioning, launches, and enablement – bonus for AI, agents, procurement, ERP or supply chain.

You bring 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing (ideally Series B+) or top‑tier consulting/strategy with enterprise software GTM exposure.

You are based in London or Berlin and excited about an office‑first culture in the heart of the city.

You use modern AI tools daily.

You translate AI and agent‑based capabilities into sharp, outcome‑led messaging.

You are strategic but hands‑on: equally strong in a narrative workshop and at a one‑pager.

You speak fluent English and German – this is a must.
