18T Delivery Driver TEMP

Job Overview

Temporary seasonal role, 45 hours per week, £16.80 per hour, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities.

You will be a local delivery driver, building relationships with regular customers and ensuring on‑time deliveries.

Working on an “Any 5 from 7” contract, the shift patterns will include some weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Drive locally to deliver goods to customer premises.
• Load stock into the vehicle at the branch and unload at customer premises.
• Ensure accurate completion of delivery paperwork.
• Support customers to keep their shelves stocked with required products.
• Carry out manual deliveries when required.

Qualifications

• Cat C / 18T licence.
• At least two years of driving experience.
• Preferred: experience in delivery driving.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Must be over 18 for early/late shifts or warehouse work (before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm).
