About the role
As Assistant Manager you will be at the heart of our management team helping to ensure the smooth running of our busy pub. You will be welcoming and looking after customers, helping to train and lead our lovely bar/waiting team, managing busy services and running special events. You will also be involved in deciding what beers to have on tap, which gins and wines we serve and what events to run.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers ensuring a high level of service.
- Train and lead bar and waiting teams.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations during busy periods.
- Run special events and promotions.
- Decide on beers, gins, wines and other offerings for the pub.
Remuneration and benefits
Your Bread and Butter Base pay up to £32,500 plus tronc (card tips that are paid into your bank), Bonus up to £1,000 per year (OTE), Paid overtime, Great cash tips.
