Position

West Lindsey Leisure Centre – Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated Membership Advisor to expand our membership base.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise existing and potential customers on membership options to meet their fitness goals.
• Grow the extensive membership base across 200+ locations.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service across telephone, face‑to‑face, and email interactions.
• Achieve and overachieve set targets.
• Work during weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required.
