Role Description

The Call Centre Agent role at Watts Marketing Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Norwich. The agent will make outbound and receive inbound calls to qualify leads in the home improvements sector, following set scripts and compliance guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential customers, asking relevant questions, accurately recording information in the system, and ensuring leads meet agreed criteria before passing them to clients. The role involves maintaining high standards of professionalism, meeting individual and team performance targets, and contributing to a positive, supportive call center environment. The agent will collaborate with colleagues and supervisors, participate in training, and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including experience in customer service, customer support, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and communicate clearly and respectfully.
  • Good computer literacy, including confident use of call center systems, CRM tools, and standard office software.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn, follow structured processes, and adhere to GDPR and other compliance requirements.
  • Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and readiness to work on-site in Norwich on a full-time basis.
