Recovery-to-Employment Support Advisor

Murray’s Initiative in Glasgow is looking for an In-Work Support Advisor to offer tailored support to individuals in recovery from substance use who are employed. This role involves one-to-one guidance, helping to identify barriers to retaining employment, and ensuring positive progression within their careers.

The successful candidate will work closely with employers and partners to facilitate sustainable employment outcomes for participants. Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme is required.
