Senior Assistant Technical Officer – Maternity leave cover to support our team of scientists and nurses in delivering anticoagulation across the Trust.
Responsibilities
- Conduct near‑patient testing and phlebotomy in hospital, community anticoagulant clinics and patient homes.
- Perform clerical and IT tasks as required to support the anticoagulation service.
- Provide a high quality, patient‑centred service in line with NHS standards.
- Attend to core working hours 08:00‑16:00 Monday to Friday with flexibility as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK driving licence – access to the Trust fleet of cars for service delivery.
- Previous phlebotomy experience; familiarity with Trust IT systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to undertake training provided by the Trust.
