Membership Sales Advisor – Fort Dunlop, Birmingham

An exciting opportunity to work for Anytime Fitness in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham! This fitness opportunity is for a leading franchise gym chain as they embark on their journey into the world of gyms and look to many more clubs. Do you have a background within health and fitness? Are you passionate about sales and retention? If you answered yes to all the above then we have the perfect role for you. As a Membership Sales Advisor you will be in charge of leading the day-to-day running of the sales and retention throughout the club.

Daily Duties

• Dealing with membership enquiries via phone, email and face to face, ensuring a high standard of member experience, providing precise information to prospective members
• Conducting tours and gym inductions
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business
• Support and work with marketing strategies, KPI’s and initiatives throughout the club
• Planning and running marketing and member events in and out of club
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system
• Be front facing for any member enquiries

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness or health industry
• Level 2 Gym Instructor (preferred but not essential)
