Machine Operative – Food

We are recruiting Machine Operatives in Brigg.

Pay & Working Hours

The rate of pay is £16.50 per hour. This is a full‑time role working rotating shifts: 2 days 06:00 am – 18:00 pm, 2 nights 18:00 pm – 06:00 am, then 4 days off. There may be opportunities to work an additional shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas from frying, flavouring, packing machines, palletising, and case packing are run to site and company standards.
• Perform quality checks of the product.
• Clean machines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physically fit, able to stand on your feet for the duration of the shift and lift products.
• High level of both written and spoken English.
• Previous experience working as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
