Shift Pattern: Back Shift (with initial day shift training)

Overview

We are currently recruiting for 2 Walkway/Assembly Operatives to join our team. These roles involve the manufacture and assembly of walkways and platforms within a production environment.

Successful candidates will complete one week of training on day shift before moving onto a permanent back shift pattern.

Working Hours

• Week 1 (Training): Standard day shift hours
• Ongoing Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 16:30 – 02:30

Pay Rates

• Pre-AWR: £13.96 per hour
• Post-AWR: £14.18 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Building walkways and platforms to specification
• Reading and working from measurements accurately
• Using hand tools and power tools, including cordless drills
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality
• Working effectively as part of a team in a production environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Experience using cordless drills and basic hand tools
• Good attention to detail and practical skills
• Willingness to work back shift after initial training period
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team
• Male or female applicants welcome
