Job Overview
As a Bank Night Concierge Worker, you will work in our service in Coventry, providing housing‑related support to families experiencing homelessness. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assisting individuals to develop skills for independent living.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with partners across the county and adopt a multi‑agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals.
- Maintain accurate records on our internal IT system and ensure all paperwork is up to date.
- Make decisions that support the people we work with, helping them achieve their goals and create positive outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Self‑motivated with a can‑do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Ability to think outside the box and make decisions that support client needs.
- Experience or interest in supporting individuals with housing challenges is desirable.
