Responsibilities

  • Bridge the gap between the team and senior management with clear, effective, and simple communication
  • Use imaginative revenue-driving ideas to push the business forward
  • Lead joyous and independent shifts, ensuring high service standards and coaching team development
  • Operate the venue efficiently by leading from the front, being approachable, and delivering outstanding hospitality
  • Champion creative cocktail ideas and menu development with the team
  • Ensure guests receive the best possible experience and are safely managed in and out of the venue
  • Motivate the team by providing excellent support and training, keeping them happy, engaged, and joyful
  • Drive sales and business performance using financial data and effective planning
  • Commit to continual learning, personal development and career progression
  • Enjoy work, laugh often, and bring positive energy

Requirements

  • Passion for individualized hospitality experiences
  • People-focused with structured inductions for new team members and commitment to development
  • Problem solver who collates feedback and ideas and implements them into a focused plan
  • Disciplined standards implementation
  • Calm in high-pressure environments
  • Big heart and desire to impart knowledge to the team
  • Experience in hospitality management preferred (required)
  • Full-time employment
  • Salary: £33,000 – £38,000 per year
