Are you an experienced Administrator looking to join a professional, friendly, and well-established consultancy?
We’re recruiting for a Team Assistant to support a busy team within a highly respected organisation that delivers consultancy services across the property and built environment sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative business where you’ll play a key role in keeping the team organised and running efficiently.
The Role
You’ll provide high-quality administrative support to a team of professionals, helping to ensure projects and day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diary and calendar management
- Organising meetings and coordinating travel
- Preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and documents
- Managing correspondence and inboxes
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Providing general office and team support
- Assisting with project administration where required
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous administration experience within a corporate, consultancy, or professional services environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Great attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities
