We are looking for a caring and reliable Personal Assistant to support Romeo, a lively 6‑year‑old who loves the outdoors, farm animals, water, and swimming.
Romeo is non‑verbal and communicates using symbols, pointing, and a communication board. He enjoys attending activities such as the Alan Shearer Centre, rebound therapy, and using technology.
Role includes:
- Personal care support
- Supporting communication
- Accompanying to activities and outings
- Creating fun, safe experiences
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience with neurodiversity
- Is patient, calm, and energetic
- Is confident supporting non‑verbal communication
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
