Job overview
As a receptionist at Ronald Flecther Baker, you will be based in our Holborn office and play a vital role in representing the Firm to our colleagues, clients, and the wider industry. You will assist with various tasks that ensure the smooth running of our offices.
Main responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and colleagues
- Escort clients to the relevant meeting room if requested
- Serve tea, coffee, or water during meetings as needed
- Maintain a diary for meeting rooms / manage a booking system
- Prepare for events by ordering food and drinks, setting up the room, and cleaning up afterward
- Clear meeting rooms after visits
- Oversee the general maintenance of the ground floor and communal areas of the building, including shared kitchens, the basement, and bathrooms
- Serve as the secondary point of contact for the office – after Office Manager
- Perform scanning and photocopying tasks as required
- Conduct post office runs / liaise with Royal Mail regarding collections
- Deliver post to the relevant departments
Qualifications and experience
- A level or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude

10am – 6pm
