As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an outstanding Head of Sales to lead our commercial growth.

Project Solver are looking for an ambitious, driven, and determined sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, winning new business, and delivering measurable results.

As Head of Sales, you will develop and execute our sales strategy, inspire and mentor the sales team, identify new market opportunities, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that delivers sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive new business acquisition while strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and ensure they are consistently achieved or exceeded.
  • Monitor sales performance using KPIs and reporting metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and sectors.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic clients.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ambition, and continuous improvement.

  • Experience within electrical compliance, facilities management, testing and inspection is essential for this role.
