Early Intervention Youth Support Specialist

Leicestershire County Council is looking for an Early Intervention Youth Worker to support children aged 11 and upwards. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with young people and their families, conduct dynamic assessments, and provide tailored support aiming to strengthen resilience and confidence.

This position is part of a multicultural team committed to inclusion and advocacy. The role requires NVQ Level 3 or above and experience in working with vulnerable groups. Essential car use and a valid UK driver’s licence are required.
