Salary: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience)

Are you looking to gain classroom experience in a vibrant and supportive secondary school setting? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to join one of our partner schools in Northamptonshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a career in education, or for experienced cover supervisors looking for their next role. The position is full-time and will run throughout the academic year.
Responsibilities
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Delivering pre-set work across a range of subjects
- Ensuring a calm and productive learning environment
- Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons
Ideal Candidate
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Be confident managing a classroom environment
- Have experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
- Be flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification (preferred, not essential)
- This role is ideal for graduates considering teacher training, individuals with experience in youth work, sports coaching, tutoring, or those returning to education-based roles
