Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a wide range of construction plant and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
- Undertake preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
- Repair and maintain excavators, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers, HGVs, small plant and power tools.
- Occasionally attend customer sites to carry out repairs and breakdowns when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience working on construction plant, heavy plant, agricultural machinery, forklifts or HGVs.
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Experience carrying out servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
