Responsibilities
- Lead a full production kitchen in a busy staff dining environment.
- Lead hospitality and events.
- Deliver high-quality food at scale.
- Support and guide a team.
- Step in across all kitchen roles when required.
- Drive menu development with a focus on healthy, innovative dishes.
- Maintain excellent food standards, consistency, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Head Chef role (minimum 2 years experience).
- Background in B&I and corporate catering.
- Strong experience in high-volume environments.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Passion for high-quality food and menu innovation.
- Strong knowledge of healthy and contemporary food trends.
