Pub Team Member – Devon

Welcoming guests with a friendly attitude and ensuring they have a great experience.

• Taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and preparing beverages at the bar.
• Handling payments and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Keeping the restaurant, bar, and service areas clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Working closely with all team across the venue to deliver operational excellence.
• Knowing the menu well enough, to assist guests with recommendations and queries.

Applicants must meet the minimum legal age of 18 to sell alcohol. We can provide on-site accommodation, subject to availability and T&Cs. We are seeking a friendly, motivated team player to bring great energy and service to our restaurant and bar. As a key representative of our venue, you’ll extend a warm welcome to guests and owners, take their orders, deliver tasty food and drinks, and create a hospitable atmosphere that encourages them to return.

Previous experience in a pub, restaurant, fast food or customer service role or as a waiter or waitress is desirable but not required as training will be provided.

• Effective communication skills and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
