Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a 4* or high‑end hospitality environment
• Strong mixology knowledge and the skill to craft show‑stopping cocktails
• A genuine love for guest experience and exceptional service
• Sharp attention to detail
• The ability to stay cool, organised, and efficient in a fast‑paced bar

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve premium cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and bespoke drinks
• Deliver an unforgettable guest experience with confidence and charm
• Maintain a stylish, organised, fully prepped bar area
• Deepen your expertise in spirits, wines, and mixology craft
• Support service standards across the team and inspire junior bartenders
