Overview
Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, Team Members are trained across all key areas of the centre, so you will be able to provide support and add value at every stage of the customer journey. You may be required to work in the Kitchen.
Shift Patterns and Working Hours
- Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight.
- The busiest times are evenings, weekends, and public school holidays, so we require availability during those periods.
- Typical shift patterns: Weekday AM: 09:00–17:00, Weekday PM: 17:00–00:00; Weekend AM: 09:00–18:00, Weekend PM: 16:00–01:00.
- Opening times and shift patterns vary by centre and will be confirmed at interview.
- Team Members under 18 may work only up to midnight.
Responsibilities
Your role will involve supporting customers throughout their visit, including time in the Kitchen and other key areas of the centre.
Qualifications
- Great customer service skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, supportive, helpful team player.
- Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
