Job Overview
We are recruiting a Project Manager on a 1‑year fixed‑term basis to support the University change programme. The role encompasses Project Management, Process Improvement and Change Management initiatives, supporting multiple projects across various services and faculties.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery of the University change programme.
- Lead process improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement change management initiatives, coordinating across service and faculty areas.
- Facilitate resolution of complex business problems, prioritising work and coordinating stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, Process Improvement and/or Change Management, with a proven record of delivering successful outcomes.
- Organised and methodical, with strong prioritisation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work from Sunderland campus on a regular basis (hybrid role).
