Revenue & Recovery Officer

Coventry City Council is seeking a dedicated individual to join the Revenue Service team. The role involves providing excellent customer support, negotiating payment plans, and managing a varied caseload. You’ll work with vulnerable customers and be responsible for preparing cases for court.
