- We coach and nurture our engineers, making a material positive difference to their careers and business impact.
- We provide technical leadership, staying close to the teams work, setting a high bar for engineering, understanding technical risks, and influencing architectural thinking and decisions.
- We bring context and purpose to the team, ensuring people understand the why behind the work and helping shape our culture.
- We own ways of working and delivery, partnering with our Product Owner and Change Delivery Lead to shape roadmaps and lead frequent delivery of high-quality software in a complex regulatory environment.
- We own one or more business applications, keeping them well-managed and compliant with the businesss high standards.
- We represent the interests and context of the business to our engineers and help improve the environment beyond the immediate team.
