Foster Carer: Shape a Child’s Future with Care

Sanctuary Personnel is looking for dedicated individuals to become a Step-Forward Foster Carer in Bury. This full-time role involves welcoming children into your home, providing stability, routine, and emotional support as their primary carer.

Ideal candidates should be 21 or older, have the legal right to work in the UK, and ideally possess experience supporting children with complex needs. In return, you will receive an enhanced fee up to £53,308 annually and additional allowances.

A dedicated Supervising Social Worker and access to specialist training will also be provided to ensure you have the necessary support.
