Chief Risk Architect – DeFi Protocols

Arbitrum is looking for a Head of Risk to lead the Risk team and manage risk frameworks crucial to its DeFi protocol. In this leadership role, you will coordinate with external partners and monitor risk parameters to ensure optimal performance of the protocol.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of risk management experience, preferably in DeFi, and a deep understanding of the Aave Protocol. Strong leadership, accountability, and decision-making skills are essential.
