Data & Information Officer — Hybrid, AI‑Driven Insights

West Sussex County Council in Chichester is recruiting a Data & Information Officer to join the Adults’ Services Systems and Information Team. You’ll collate, analyse and maintain data across the Mosaic system, driving insights to improve services while ensuring data quality and GDPR compliance.

You will design monitoring tools and reports, translate data into clear insights for managers, and support the team’s use of digital tools and emerging technologies, including AI, in a responsible way.
