Join OSINT leaders, NetWatch Global, as a Counter Fraud Investigator Apprentice and launch your career in intelligence. Gain hands on experience in fraud investigation alongside experts in the field, whilst working towards a Level 4 Counter Fraud Investigator qualification.
Responsibilities
- Uncover critical digital evidence through investigating online and social media platforms, as well as national databases and public records.
- Build lifestyle intelligence reports whilst developing strong analytical and research skills in a target driven environment.
- Gain practical experience and refine skills in investigative interviewing.
- Utilise bespoke software, built in-house by our specialist engineering team, to streamline investigations and provide tailored services to clients.
- A recognised Level 4 Counter Fraud Investigator qualification that aligns with the Government’s Counter Fraud Profession
- Real-world investigative experience
- Opportunity for a permanent role upon successful completion of qualification and meeting performance standards
Who we’re looking for
- Analytical thinker – able to analyse information quickly and relay a variety of information in a written report.
- Self-motivated and driven – passionate about the work and eager to learn and progress.
- Target orientated – self-motivated to hit and surpass monthly targets, whilst maintaining a quality standard of work.
- Solid IT skills and comfortable working with a variety of technology
- Online awareness – an ongoing interest in current and emerging online trends, particularly in social networking.
- Honesty and integrity – personal characteristics essential to any working at NetWatch.
Minimum requirements
- Predicted or achieved 3 A Levels grade B or above (or equivalent)
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C/4 or above including Maths and English
- Work from home opportunities
- Flexi-time (build your working week around the core hours of 10am-2:30pm)

- Central Birmingham office
- 24-month fixed term contract
