As a Care Professional, you will be an integral part of our client’s life, providing person‑centred care in the safety of their own home. During visits you will be responsible for the health and wellbeing of our clients and on hand to support with their personal support requirements. You will provide companionship, support in activities, and promote independence in everything you do.

Care Professional Responsibilities and Requirements
- Supporting clients with day‑to‑day tasks and promoting independence
- Providing companionship and encouraging engagement
- Carrying out housekeeping and meal preparation
- Providing personal care based on client needs
- Reporting changes in client conditions and maintaining accurate records
