Project Administrator – Environment & Safety

We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and flexible Project Administrator to join our Environment & Safety team. This role supports the successful delivery of Fire Safety services and contributes to the growth and development of both the department and the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer client projects from initial instruction through to completion.
  • Maintain project trackers, databases, and management systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Monitor project KPIs, identify potential issues, and elevate where necessary.
  • Schedule site visits and allocate work to project teams to support efficient service delivery.
  • Process, proofread, and submit reports to clients within agreed timescales.
  • Manage project documentation, purchase orders, work orders, and invoicing processes.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams, responding to queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Attend client meetings to provide administrative support and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the delivery of high‑quality client service while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and contribution to a positive culture.
  • Intermediate level in MS Office and business management software (e.g., CRM, ERP).
  • Analytical mindset with strategic problem‑solving skills.
