NnResponsibilities NLead consolidated financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to support enterprise performance and strategic decision making. NnLead the end-to-end consolidation of the enterprise Profit and Loss (P&L) across budget, forecast, and long-term strategic planning cycles NPartner with financeteams across business units to develop a unified view of financial performance, ensuring alignment of key assumptions and business drivers. NCollaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and People teams to incorporate accounting changes, cash flow dynamics, tax impacts, and workforce planning into financial forecasts. NDevelop and deliver scenario and sensitivity analysis, including forecast-to-forecast and actual-to-forecast variance bridges for senior leadership NPrepare executive-level reporting materials, including quarterly business reviews and Board presentations, translating financial results into clear and concise narratives NManage consolidated month-end P&L reporting, including flash reporting and variance analysis against budget and prior periods NAct as the central coordination point across Financial Planning and Analysis teams to ensure timely, accurate, and well-governed financial reporting NSupport earnings preparation in partnership with Investor Relations, including analysis and development of supporting materials NLead initiatives to enhance forecasting and budgeting processes through automation, reporting improvements, and scalable data infrastructure NOversee enterprise incentive compensation funding analysis, including performance calculations and scenario modelling across plan designs NSupport Compensationand Human Resources committee reporting, including preparation of materials and analysis of incentive outcomes and targets NParticipate in internal control activities, including support for quarterly compliance and control testing requirements NnAbout the Team NOur Corporate Planning team is responsible for leading enterprise financial planning, analysis, and performance management across Moody’s.
