Your new role will involve leading transport planning projects across the UK, building a high‑performing team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver transport planning services, including development planning, active travel, business case development, and public transport planning.
• Build and nurture client relationships, securing win work and generating repeat business.
• Lead the future direction of the transport planning division, articulating vision, commercial goals and strategy.
• Support team growth by identifying and attracting specialist talent.

Qualifications & Experience

• Mid–Senior level with a strong track record of winning work in a consultancy environment.
• Specialist skills across transport planning disciplines: development planning, active travel, business case development, public transport planning.
• Experience in managing teams and leading high‑performing project delivery.
• Ability to outline vision, commercial aspirations and strategy for market growth.
