The University seeks an asset management professional to join our Estates team in delivering maintenance, building alterations and improvement projects across campus.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Estates team in delivering maintenance and inspection regimes.
- Support management of assets across the campus portfolio.
- Help develop the asset lifecycle programme to ensure value for money and focus on the right areas.
- Improve performance of existing installations and installations systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in Facilities Management with a maintenance focus.
- Experience managing assets or setting up maintenance regimes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and explain complex information.
- Experience attending construction sites, plant areas or other campuses.
- Excellent time‑management skills.
Location
This role is based at our Frenchay campus but may involve activities at any of our campuses.
Employment Type
Full‑time, permanent; available on a job‑share basis for part‑time applicants.
