Job Description:

Contact Team – Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused individual to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, resolving queries, providing administrative support and coordinating maintenance visits.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone and email.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues promptly, ensuring accurate information and follow‑up.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, logging call details and updating records.
  • Coordinate maintenance visits with the Home Repairs Team, ensuring schedules and resources are aligned.
  • Maintain professional, calm and positive communication, even during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience interacting with the public (contact centre experience preferred).
  • Strong IT skills – comfortable using multiple internal systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, quick‑thinking, solution‑focused with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
