Customer Service Advisor – Chemist4U
Reporting to: Customer Service Team Leader
Job type: Permanent
Working Pattern & Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm–9:30 pm, with one Saturday shift every four weeks. Training period: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm.
Location: Office located – Lancashire, WN8.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and webchat promptly and professionally.
- Provide support to customers post‑sales to build lasting relationships.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services and orders.
- Handle complaints at first point of contact, resolving issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions such as orders, returns and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow company procedures and regulatory guidelines for handling customer data.

- Attention to detail and accuracy – ensure all customer information is handled correctly.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure – handle high volumes of customer enquiries efficiently.
