Must have previously worked within software or DevOps engineering and be able to demonstrate technical ability. Strong background in platform engineering, infrastructure, embedded systems, or a similarly complex technical domain. Experience with observability, monitoring, and alerting at scale (e.g. Experience with robotics, IoT, or hardware-adjacent software is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop engineers at various career stages, with a genuine passion for helping people reach their potential.
