Senior Project Manager – District Heating / Energy Projects

Location: Home/Field Based covering London and surrounding area.

Salary: £80K-£85K plus 15% Annual Bonus, car/car allowance, and benefits.

Role

Full‑time, permanent role covering a regional patch for a large national utilities infrastructure business. Deliver district energy projects covering low‑carbon heat technologies, and support the development of a regional portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on management of successful delivery of a portfolio of district energy projects.
• Own commercial performance across the portfolio, including budget management and CVR forecasting.
• Line‑manage and coach a team of project managers, passing on knowledge and expertise.
• Ensure compliance with heat network regulations and deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering district energy/heat network projects.
• Commercial and financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of heat network regulations.
• CSCS Card and ideally a Project Management qualification.
• UK driving licence.
