MRICS Building Surveyor – Prime / Super Prime Residential work – London and Home Counties – Hybrid Working

Established and reputable independent Chartered Surveying practice focusing on Prime / Super Prime Residential Building Surveys. Due to sustained and increasing work volumes they are hiring for an MRICS Building Surveyor located in London or Home Counties who can carry out Residential Building Surveying work to their required standard.

Hybrid working situation, one day in office per week. Output requirements: around 8 – 12 jobs per month.

Compensation

• Basic salary – up to £75,000 approximate plus car allowance.
• Bonus scheme for suitable experience.
