The Role

University College Birmingham is looking for an experienced Information Technology professional to join our growing Digital IT Services Department as an IT Support Technician.

The Technicians team within this department provides excellent 1st and 2nd line support to students and staff across campus.

The department is expanding, transitioning to a modern digital infrastructure. This is an exciting time to work with the latest technologies and a diverse customer base.

The ideal candidate will have experience within an IT role, with solid knowledge of hardware and software.
